Title: Expert Product Owner
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 12 months contract (extension possible)
Job Type: Hybrid
Tasks:
- Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements;
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices with IBM Case Manager (or equivalent case management platform), XML, interoperability, etc;
- Interacts and validates requirements with the business;
- Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of Case Management;
- Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
- Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
- Is involved in the decision making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints;
- Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM);
- Participates to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings;
- Facilitates the acceptance of the product by the business
Required specific expertise:
- Experience as analyst/architect in very large and complex enterprise application, ideally integration/interoperability projects;
- Business process modelling, functional analysis, BPMN, UML;
- Case Management Software;
- Experience in Agile;
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle.
The consultant has to be in possession of one of the following certifications (or an equivalent one).
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO);
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO);
- SAFe Product Owner.
