Title: Expert Product Owner

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 12 months contract (extension possible)

Job Type: Hybrid

Tasks:

• Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Data analysis and data modelling;
• Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices with IBM Case Manager (or equivalent case management platform), XML, interoperability, etc;
• Interacts and validates requirements with the business;
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of Case Management;
• Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
• Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
• Is involved in the decision making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints;
• Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM);
• Participates to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings;
• Facilitates the acceptance of the product by the business

Required specific expertise:

• Experience as analyst/architect in very large and complex enterprise application, ideally integration/interoperability projects;
• Business process modelling, functional analysis, BPMN, UML;
• Case Management Software;
• Experience in Agile;
• Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle.

The consultant has to be in possession of one of the following certifications (or an equivalent one).

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO);
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO);
• SAFe Product Owner.
